What is the return policy?
We happily accept all returns of unopened WagLane beds! If you have received your bed and have not opened the vacuum seal, you are certainly eligible for a return within 7 days of receiving our product. However once opened, no returns can be accepted! To initiate a return, please contact customer support at info@waglane.com. 

While we will guide you through any questions, shipping costs will be on our customers! We will make sure to promptly process your returned WagLane bed and initiate your refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

How do I clean my dog's Boucle bed?
Simply zip off the cover and machine wash it gently with mild detergent. Hang it to dry inside out for best results. The inner lining can be wiped clean as needed. No bleach or tumble drying.

Can I clean the memory foam?
Yes, hand sponge the memory foam and let it dry completely. Avoid machine washing to keep it in perfect condition.

How do I maintain the bed?
Vacuum the bed or use a Furfy to keep it clean. If your dog chews on the bed, contact your vet right away. For detailed care instructions, follow the care labels or visit our website.
